COVID-safe candy distribution for Halloween

One of our neighbors in the LANA area created a form for people to fill out if they will be doing COVID-safe candy distribution for trick-or-treaters on Halloween. They will use the form to generate a map that folks can download or print so they can know where to find houses to trick or treat at that are taking precautions.
