Public Meetings Wed. Feb. 1

There are two public meetings of note happening in our neighborhood tomorrow Feb. 1:

1. South/Bussey Street Planning

Weld Hill Research Building at the Arboretum, 1300 Centre Street

Begins at 6:00 PM

The City of Boston Department of Public Works and Transportation Department invite residents to discuss improvements to the intersection of Bussey and South Streets.

2. 874-878 South Street Development

Roslindale Community Center, 6 Cummins Highway

Begins at 6:30 PM

The owner of this commercial property previously showed the community a proposal for fifteen residential units at this site in July 2015. The site currently has three vacancies and a barbershop and is near the corner of Walter and South St. The current proposal calls for nine residential units.
