Fun! Snacks! Wetlands Walks! Ribbon Cutting!

            The grand opening of the Walter Street Path to the Roslindale Wetlands and its ecological restoration will be celebrated this Saturday, June 22^nd at 104-108 Walter Street in Roslindale.  The Longfellow Area Neighborhood Association (LANA) is hosting Celebrating Beginnings for the 104-108 Walter Street project including the Grand Opening and the start of the renovation/construction phase of 104 Walter Street to create four units of affordable home ownership by Habitat for Humanity.

            Mayor Wu will be joining the festivities to help cut the grand opening ribbon.  There will be fun for kids, snacks, wetlands walks, info tables, and a little music from members of the Gloucester Hornpipe & Clog Society.  All are welcome to join in the grand opening festivities at 1 pm on Saturday June 22, 2024 at 104-108 Walter Street, Roslindale.
